We grant 24/7 round-the-clock access using your assigned access tag or code.

We maintain 24-hour video surveillance across both of our facilities.

Access is granted through a tag and code system unique to each tenant at both locations.

Our security measures also include regular patrols and alarm monitoring for added peace of mind.

Please note:  The Facility’s common areas are under continuous CCTV surveillance. The inside of your storage unit may be visible on camera if the door to your storage unit is open.

Yes, you need to use your own padlock to secure your storage unit. You’ll keep the key, and your belongings are stored at your own risk.

We advise investing in a strong padlock for added security. All-steel padlocks are recommended over brass for their strength and durability.

Shrouded padlocks are also a good option as they provide extra security by covering most of the shackle.

It is recommended that you don’t give your code or access tag out to anyone who is not an authorised/nominated person to have access on your storage agreement.

This is to protect your valuable items as well as other people using the storage facility.

If you misplace your access tag or require a code change, kindly inform us immediately by calling 02 4984 2000

We will promptly deactivate the lost tag and issue a replacement.  (Please note, a fee may apply for re-issuing lost tags)

Both of our facilities are alarmed and monitored at all times.

In the event that you or one of your associates triggers a security or emergency services alarm, a call-out fee will be incurred at cost.

If you input the code incorrectly multiple times, there may be a temporary lockout period before you can try again.

If you’re unable to access your unit or have forgotten your code, please contact PRD Port Stephens at 02 4984 2000 for assistance during office hours.

Do not simply follow behind someone entering the facility.   It is essential to input your code every time you enter the facility.  If you don’t enter your code on entry, it will impact your ability to leave as your code won’t function when exiting.

If you need emergency access outside of office hours, call Argon Security 02 49050603.
NOTE:  An out-of-hours  Call-Out fee will apply, so please make an informed decision whether to call them or wait until the PRD office reopens in the morning.

Clients will be provided with BPAY reference numbers for payment and this is our preferred method.

Otherwise you are welcome to attend the PRD office to make an EFTPOS payment.
