What happens if I lose my access tag?

If you lose your access tag or need your access code changed, please contact us immediately on 02 4984 2000. We’ll promptly deactivate the lost tag to maintain site security and arrange a replacement for you.Please note: A small fee may apply for reissuing lost tags.

Do I have to give notice when vacating?

Yes — we kindly ask for at least 14 days’ notice before you move out. Once you’ve given notice, your storage unit must be completely emptied within 24 hours of the termination date.
