It is recommended that you don’t give your code or access tag out to anyone who is not an authorised/nominated person to have access on your storage agreement. This is to protect your valuable items as well as other people using the storage facility.
If you misplace your access tag or require a code change, kindly inform us immediately by calling 02 4984 2000 We will promptly deactivate the lost tag and issue a replacement. (Please note, a fee may apply for re-issuing lost tags)
Both of our facilities are alarmed and monitored at all times. In the event that you or one of your associates triggers a security or emergency services alarm, a call-out fee will be incurred at cost.
